Open Mind Better Future (OMBF) contributes to the EngineerTrack project not only through risk management, but also by actively supporting dissemination and sustainability activities across multiple channels.
From the beginning of the project, OMBF has focused on ensuring that project results reach relevant audiences, including VET learners, educators, entrepreneurs, and industry stakeholders. This is achieved through a combination of digital communication, educational content, and integration with existing training platforms.
OMBF promotes the project through its own digital ecosystem, including its LMS platform and professional networks, where project updates, educational insights, and opportunities are shared with a targeted audience interested in vocational training and digital innovation.
In terms of sustainability, OMBF contributes by aligning project results with its long-term educational infrastructure. The concepts, tools, and methodologies developed within EngineerTrack are designed to be integrated into future training programs, ensuring continued use beyond the project lifecycle.
The organization also supports cost-effective dissemination by leveraging existing digital channels, minimizing the need for additional physical resources while maximizing outreach and engagement.
Green practices are implemented through a predominantly digital approach, reducing paper usage and physical travel whenever possible, while encouraging online collaboration and virtual events.
OMBF ensures accessibility and inclusiveness by designing and promoting content that can be easily accessed online, adapted for different user groups, and aligned with multilingual and diverse educational contexts.
Through these combined efforts, OMBF supports the long-term impact and visibility of the EngineerTrack project at both national and European level.
DreamMatch este un proiect european Erasmus+ (acțiunea KA210-VET – Parteneriate de cooperare pentru educație și formare profesională), derulat în perioada 2025–2026, care își propune să ajute tinerii din învățământul profesional și tehnic (VET) să-și descopere drumul potrivit în carieră.
Proiectul este finanțat de Uniunea Europeană și reunește parteneri din Lituania, România, Turcia și Letonia, care colaborează pentru a crea metode inovatoare de orientare în carieră, adaptate la nevoile reale ale tinerilor.
DreamMatch is a European Erasmus+ project (Action KA210-VET – Small-Scale Partnerships in Vocational Education and Training), implemented during 2025–2026, aiming to help young people in vocational education and training (VET) discover the career path that best suits their talents and aspirations.
The project is co-funded by the European Union and brings together partners from Lithuania, Romania, Turkey, and Latvia, working collaboratively to design innovative career guidance methods tailored to the real needs of young learners.
