Cui se adresează acest curs?

1. You must have a computer equipped with a web camera + microphone, a good Internet connection and the audio-video program (Skype) installed, writing paper, ballpoint pen, optional printer, a scanner or a mobile phone/tablet that can clear photos.

2. You must have at least Word 97 or Adobe Reader installed and programs that can play audio files (mainly mp3 files are sent).

3. Attention! Before starting the exam, you should consider:

that the programs for opening the files mentioned above work and run properly. Subjects can be opened and printed within 10 minutes of receiving them (depending on the course). Failure to open the topics/print them within 10 minutes will result in the cancellation of the exam and the loss of the samples (depending on the course). The cost of the exam is not refundable, and a re-examination involves another cost.

4. Sign up for an online test by phone, specifying the foreign language and desired level (depending on the course).

5. After the telephone conversation, OMBF will send by e-mail a contract, which must be completed and signed, and an invoice representing the cost of the test, which must be paid by payment order or online.

6. Upon receipt by the OMBF of the signed contract (scanned or by post) and the payment confirmation (by bank statement), the date and time when the testing will take place and the procedure of examination. The beneficiary has the obligation to inquire before paying the cost of the exam if the OMBF certificate is accepted by the desired institution.
